Equipment can be picked up directly from our location. Accessories such as helmets and water bottles are included free of charge.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1228" data-end="1368">Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online through our secure payment provider Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1370" data-end="1395">No deposit is required.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1397" data-end="1654">All prices include VAT. The total rental or purchase cost is shown at checkout. If there are significant pricing errors on our website, we reserve the right to change or cancel the order, even after confirmation, provided the error is communicated promptly.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1803" data-end="2044">You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the rental period unless caused by a technical fault. We advise checking the equipment before use and contacting us immediately at <strong data-start="1994" data-end="2018"><a rel="noopener" data-start="1996" data-end="2016">contact@bikenorth.dk</a></strong> if you notice any issues.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2177" data-end="2340">If the bike is stolen during your rental, you are responsible for covering 100% of the replacement value. We provide locks and recommend using them at all times.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2342" data-end="2464">We are not liable for indirect damage, injury, or delays resulting from the use or unavailability of the rental equipment.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2471" data-end="2503">6. Use of Rental Equipment</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2504" data-end="2612">Use of the equipment is at your own risk. Riders must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2614" data-end="2805">You are responsible for using the equipment safely and correctly. Instructions are available on our website and must be followed. Protective gear, such as helmets, is included free of charge.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2812" data-end="2832">7. Accessories</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2833" data-end="3006">Accessories like helmets and water bottles are provided free of charge. Phone holders are also available. Some items may be sold or included depending on the rental package.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3013" data-end="3047">8. Tenant&rsquo;s Responsibilities</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3048" data-end="3301">You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult to rent from Bike North.<br data-start="3127" data-end="3130" />When creating an account or booking, you must provide accurate contact details. All communication will be sent to the registered email and is considered valid once sent.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3303" data-end="3409">You agree to return the equipment by the agreed time. A late return fee of <strong data-start="3378" data-end="3398">140 DKK per hour</strong> applies.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3411" data-end="3537">By renting, you authorize Bike North to charge your payment card for additional fees related to late returns, damage, or loss.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3544" data-end="3576">9. Changes &amp; Cancellations</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3577" data-end="3661">To modify a booking, contact us. Changes are only valid once confirmed in writing.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3663" data-end="3747">Changes that impact availability may be subject to a rebooking fee of <strong data-start="3733" data-end="3744">300 DKK</strong>.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3749" data-end="3840">Cancellations made within <strong data-start="3775" data-end="3787">48 hours</strong> of the booking start are eligible for a full refund.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3847" data-end="3874">10. Delivery &amp; Return</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3875" data-end="3962">Delivery and return occur at the time and place specified in your order confirmation.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3964" data-end="4043">Please bring a valid ID and your booking reference when collecting equipment.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4045" data-end="4182">You are responsible for the equipment until it is returned to us in acceptable condition. We inspect all returned equipment upon receipt.</p>

If you have chosen home delivery, you will have the equipment delivered before your rental period begins and picked up after your rental period has ended.

They set me up with a bike and my pedal choice, delivered the bike to my hotel, and picked it back up. They did send me a brand new bike. Will be using them again when I come back! 

Cycle hire (as a UK resident) couldn't have been easier to arrange. Great selection of bikes and hosts couldn't have been more accommodative of needs. Email for pre arrangement  was simple, quick replies and reasonable pricing. Bikes come equipped with lock, spare inner tube, and basic kit for tyre change/pump and helmets are available. Very easy to find, just off Klamenborg station and Cafe also has lovely atmosphere when weather is nice. 

We rented bicycles here. Very good service - helmets and repair kit included. Bikes of high quality. 👍
